We’re excited to welcome Gregory “Tre’” Gunn III from Garner, North Carolina as our newest SAWUSA Ambassador of the USA.
Tre’ is the definition of a disciplined, coachable student-athlete. He takes pride in leadership, accountability, and representing his family with integrity on and off the court. He’s also putting in the work in the classroom, earning AB Honor Roll for three consecutive years while taking honors classes, including math and French.
As a point guard and shooting guard, Tre’ embraces the responsibility of leading, staying consistent, and helping his teammates succeed. That mindset is exactly what we look for in athletes selected to represent the USA through SAWUSA.
Tre’ has been selected for our 2027 Tour: Pyrenees Basket Cup, traveling to Spain, Andorra, and France. This invitation-only international experience combines high-level competition with cultural immersion and personal growth, led by former college coaches who care deeply about character.
