Responsibilities Include:

With Potential Clients

• Research and discover potential STUDENTathletes
• Make initial contact with STUDENTathletes and families and introduce our program
• Schedule and attend home visits to introduce our services

With Clients

• Gather information from clients and their coaches put together their recruitment profile
• Make follow up phone calls to clients to discuss their recruitment and give advice
• Act as a liaison between the home office and your clients

With High School and Club Coaches

• Research recruiting events and request permission to attend
• Establish relationships with high school and club coaches of current clients
• Set up and host group presentations and recruiting seminars

With College Coaches

• Work with college coaches to get scouting evaluations done for our clients
• Establish relationships with local college coaches to find out their recruiting needs

Requirements:

• Current or former collegiate coach or athlete (strongly preferred)
• Excellent computer skills and technological savvy (strongly preferred)
• Knowledge of or experience with the collegiate recruiting process (strongly preferred)
• Ability to multi-task and learn quickly
• Knowledge of multiple sports
• Professional etiquette
• Strong work ethic with a team player mentality
